Conner Hawkins

I'm Conner Hawkins.

uiuc student studying finance and computer science, six-figure entrepreneur, 2x yc intern, building. I spend most of my time either founding something or figuring out the numbers behind someone else's.

Who I Am

I grew up in rural Illinois where hustle wasn't optional; it was the only path forward. Balancing three jobs while running 15 AP courses taught me something no classroom could: that resilience is a competitive advantage, and urgency is a skill. That relentlessness took me from Rockford to Y Combinator-backed startups, from a pressure washer to a six-figure business, and from a kid who loved Illinois Basketball and Randy Travis to someone who genuinely believes the best companies are built by people who have something to prove.

Now I'm at UIUC studying finance and computer science, running a web design studio on the side, and looking for every excuse to sit closer to the numbers that actually matter.

What I Do

01
Northstack
Founder  ·  Jun 2026 – Present
Building and scaling a web design studio for local trade and service businesses across the Rockford metro area — 4 recurring clients and $5K in annual recurring revenue within three months, owned end to end from prospecting to deployment.
02
Scalar Field YC X25
Product Management Intern  ·  May 2026 – Aug 2026
Analyzed product usage data across 50+ customer reports to inform a GTM prioritization change that added 350 new users and $56K in new revenue, and built the creator outreach program behind 300,000+ campaign impressions.
03
Hemut YC X25
Business Analyst Intern  ·  Aug 2025 – Feb 2026
Ran Midwest market research and sales outreach that generated $65K in closed sales and $260K in pipeline growth, built on 25 market and competitive intelligence reports.
04
New Horizons Home Services
Founder  ·  May 2024 – Aug 2025
Founded and scaled a residential exterior cleaning business to $125K in revenue across 175 jobs, managing a crew of 10 at an 85% gross margin.

What I Stand For

01
Ownership
I treat every problem, from a client's website to a research dataset, as mine to solve end to end.
02
Urgency
Resilience is a competitive advantage. Urgency is a skill I've had to build, not a personality trait I was born with.
03
Data-Driven
Pricing models, routing efficiency, GTM prioritization — every decision I make starts with the number that actually matters.
04
Relentlessness
The best companies, and the best people, are built by those who have something left to prove.

Where I'm Going

I'm at UIUC studying finance and computer science, growing Northstack client by client, and managing the AKPsi chapter portfolio alongside my coursework. Long term, I want to be in rooms where markets, data, and building intersect — wherever that ends up taking me.
